HOW TO BOOK?

1. Choose a day in the Calendar
Days in green – at least one available hour.
Days in orange – booked.
Inactive days (darkened) – unavailable.
Select the day for your reservation.

2. Choose an hour
Go under the calendar and select the preferred hour between the slots marked as free in green.
Select the preferred hour.

3. Select number of players
Тhе рrісе оf thе rеѕеrvаtіоn dереndѕ оn thе numbеr оf рlауеrѕ іn а tеаm, whісh саn vаrу frоm 2 tо 6 реорlе. Yоu саn ѕее іt frоm thе drор-dоwn mеnu whеn ѕеlесtіng thе numbеr оf рlауеrѕ іn а tеаm. Аll рrісеѕ аrе dеѕсrіbеd іn dеtаіl hеrе.

Moreover, the price per person falls for larger teams, and the probability of escaping the room and solving all the puzzles on time within the 60 minutes given is higher for teams with more participants.
The payment shall be made in cash, immediately before the game.

4. Provide contact information
Finish the reservation by filling in the form with contact information about you:
– your name
– e-mail
– telephone
* Please, note that reservations with no valid e-mail and phone number will be automatically cancelled!

and your team:
– name of the team
The name of your team will be archived along with your result (have you succeeded in escaping the room and, if yes, in what time). Choose it accordingly to foster your team spirit in the coming game!
– Enter the promotion or gift voucher code in the NOTES’ section if you have one.
– tick the “English Speaking Group” box in case one or more participants of the group do not speak Bulgarian (so we can prepare the game accordingly).

5. Confirm
After you select BOOK, you will get a confirmation e-mail. Please check again the starting time and the address in the e-mail recceived.

We may reach you previously by phone in order to remind you of the details of your reservation.

If you haven’t received our confirmation e-mail (don’t forget to check your SPAM folder), please, give us a call on +359 876 33 82 35 as your booking may have failed.
