Personal data protection and the protection of the personal and financial information of our clients is particularly important to us. Therefore, we process your information exclusively on the basis of the applicable legislation, in particular the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (better known as GDPR), the Bulgarian Personal Data Protection Act and the Bulgarian Electronic Commerce Act.

The companies 3 Key Group Ltd., QUESTOPIA Ltd. and 3 Key OOD (hereinafter “We” or the “Companies”) process your data, specifically with regard to terms and legal grounds for their collection, storage, use and destruction.
The companies are joint controllers of personal data according to Art. 26 of the GDPR. The relations between the Companies are regulated by an agreement, which duly reflects the respective roles and relations of the Companies towards the data subjects, guarantees to the latter that they can exercise their rights transparently and efficiently.
When you contact us via the form on our website or send us an email, we store your data for the period necessary to process your request, as well as to answer your subsequent questions. We will not share this information with third parties outside the Companies without a specific reason or without your explicit consent!
We store the data as we received it from you, i.e. your name, address, email address and phone number.
We need the data provided by you in order to fulfil our pre-contractual or contractual obligations with you. We do not provide this information to third parties other than our accountant.
In case of a booking made by you or an order for a voucher, which, however, does not contain all the necessary data, we reserve the right to repeatedly ask you to provide such data or to refuse to perform the service. Upon booking, a voucher order and a contract performed by us on the basis of Art. 6, para. 1, letter (b) of the GDPR, we store all data related to the legal relationship at least until the expiration of the 10-year term under Art. 12 of the Accountancy ActЗСч
In addition and only against your consent on the grounds of Art. 6, para. 1, letter (a) of the GDPR, we may photograph you with your knowledge and consent before, during or after a game and display the photographs at the Company’s sites to promote our services. Your photos can be used on our website and social channels such as Facebook, Trip Advisor and Instagram, unless you verbally expressed your disagreement during the photo shoot.
We store the video surveillance data for a period of up to 1 month and do not use it for public display.
We keep clients’ photos on display at our sites for a period of 3 years or until the withdrawal of the respective consent in accordance with Art. 7, item 3 of the GDPR.
Our website uses the so-called “cookies”. These are small text files that are downloaded through your web browser and stored on your device. For the purposes of browsing 3keyrooms.com, you must accept our Privacy Policy and Cookies.
