The Golden Apple and the Dragon

In the Escape room “The Golden Apple and the Dragon” you will enjoy adventures and puzzles in a folk fantasy style, inspired by a favorite Bulgarian folk tale. You will find yourself in а Bulgarian Renaissance village house among the bizarre household objects that these days we only see in museums and textbooks.

Challenging riddles await you to test your dexterity, smartness and observation. Will you be brave enough to face the dragon and save the Golden Apple?

Now 3KEY invites you on an adventure with riddles from magical Bulgarian legends in the comfort of an old village home.

This is one of the few rooms that you can safely choose, even when your company is up to 8 people.

Bulgarian fairy tales and folklore have brought families together for centuries. They gathered everyone in front of the fireplace to tell each other magical stories about trials that can only be overcome with heroism, cleverness and togetherness. It’s no coincidence that as adults we become fans of books about wizards, series about dragons and movies with powerful rings…

We recommend this room to:

· foreign guests of Sofia – get to know Bulgarian folklore in an active and fun way!

· friends and colleagues – escape from modern stress at least for a short while!

· families with children experience a magical adventure together!

· students – have real fun in the atmosphere described in history and literature textbooks!

At the address of this room in the Polygon district you can also rent a 3KEY Hall party area. So right after the game you will have some more time with friends or colleagues to relax, play electronic darts, chess, PS5 or board games, while you grab some homemade popcorn.

We recommend this combination for team building with colleagues, birthday parties for adults or older children, and private gatherings for 15+ people. 3KEY Hall – party zones for more detailes.

The escape room “The Golden Apple & The Dragon” has been nominated in the TERPECA ranking for 2025 (barely a month after its opening).  TERPECA or Top Escape Rooms Project Enthusiasts’ Choice Award is the most authoritative ranking for escape rooms, in which players with proven experience of playing 200+ escape rooms around the world distinguish the best projects based on their personal experience.
